When you get new tyres remember they will be grippy as for the first month, good for uphill, troublesom when fixedgear downhill non breaking. Don't go strait down an epic hill with brand new tyres on your fixed gear cycle. Wheels however, hell you might as well take them out for a decent free ride, new or not they should get you from a to b in style, at speed and with a huge smile, if they don't then return those circles!
Although White walled bike tyres are getting cool amongst the fixed gear society there are other colours available - red cycle tyres are hot on red/black bikes if you ask us!
